Maylor is an international speaker and the brainchild of the “New Me, New Life” intensive lifestyle program. With a strong scientific undergraduate degree in medical technology and a master’s degree in public health obtained from Andrew’s University, Berrien Springs, Michigan, with a concentration in nutrition and wellness, her professional preparation and growth have kept pace with the changing needs of her audience and clients. She is certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and has additional certifications in plant-based nutrition, the medicinal use of herbs, adult exercise coach, health and wellness coach, and plant-based cooking coach. Over the past decade, hundreds of people have benefited from her expertise in preventive medicine.

Maylor enjoys helping people reach their health goals and is passionate about preventing and treating chronic diseases with lifestyle medicine.

Currently, Maylor is the co-owner and business manager at a busy pediatric practice in Atlanta Georgia and is married to Dr. Fitzroy Graham, they have two adult daughters. Maylor enjoys reading, walking, making recipes, and gardening. She also enjoys traveling and is bilingual in Spanish and English.
