Meet Dr. Fitzroy Graham, MD, FAAP, Dip ABLM

Dr. Graham is an international speaker, he is triple Board Certified in Pediatrics, Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Lifestyle medicine. Dr. Graham has Diplomas from Cornell University in Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition and Medicinal Uses of Plants and Herbs in health care. He currently practices pediatrics in Woodstock, Georgia, where he and his wife own a busy pediatric clinic. He is the author of book chapters in a major medical textbook and is a co-author of scientific articles. Dr Graham along with his wife Maylor have been invited around the world to promote their "A New Me A New Life" lifestyle program which has been used successfully by hundreds of people to improve their health in general. Dr. Graham finds relaxation and joy in traveling with his family, playing the guitar, creating music, editing videos, and walking in park. He also enjoys reading about technology, fashion, economics and finance, real estate, medical science, and history. Dr Graham is bilingual and speaks Spanish fluently, He has also lived in different countries.

Meet Maylor Contreras-Graham BS, MPH, Dip ACLM, CHWC

Maylor is an international speaker and the brainchild of the “New Me, New Life" intensive lifestyle program. With a strong scientific undergraduate degree in medical technology and a master's degree in public health obtained from Andrew's University, Berrien Springs, Michigan, with a concentration in nutrition and wellness, her professional preparation and growth have kept pace with the changing needs of her audience and clients. She is certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and has additional certifications in plant-based nutrition, the medicinal use of herbs, adult exercise coach, health and wellness coach, and plant-based cooking coach. Over the past decade, hundreds of people have benefited from her expertise in preventive medicine.

Maylor enjoys helping people reach their health goals and is passionate about preventing and treating chronic diseases with lifestyle medicine.

Currently, Maylor is the co-owner and business manager at a busy pediatric practice in Atlanta Georgia and is married to Dr. Fitzroy Graham, they have two adult daughters. Maylor enjoys reading, walking, making recipes, and gardening. She also enjoys traveling and is bilingual in Spanish and English.
