A New Me, A New Life is a healthy lifestyle program created with you in mind. It consists of two parts: a series of health seminars followed by a 21-Day Challenge, led by experienced trainers and health specialists.

In the first part of this program, health professionals will provide you with relevant health information and valuable techniques. These informative sessions will motivate you to jumpstart your journey toward achieving your personal health goals.

In the second part of this program, you will have the opportunity to put what you have learned into practice through our 21-Day Challenge. This hands-on experience is designed to improve your overall health through a variety of methods. You will have the option, to have screening done (blood pressure, BMI, blood glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, HBA1C) by our team at the beginning and end of the challenge. This awareness allows you to witness the changes that occur, furthermore understanding the relationship between healthy habits and your body. Implementation of these habits will foster long-term improvements in weight, physical activity, and sleep quality. It also allows participants to maintain adequate levels of blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol levels once the challenge is completed.

Throughout the duration of the 21-Day Challenge, we encourage participants to eat a balanced plant-based diet rich in whole foods. We also promote holistic habits to uplift the mind, including cultivating meaningful relationships and having rich spiritual experiences. We promote positive thinking and spiritual connection, enabling participants to reap the full benefits of the challenge and of healthy meditation towards God.

During the 21-Day Challenge, you will be a part of an exclusive group of likeminded people, interacting positively to optimize behavioral change. This group will provide you with a constant support system as you integrate the knowledge gained from seminars into your daily life. This can include sharing recipes of the balanced meals you create, talking about the progress you’ve made in your physical activity, and having a community as you work to eliminate unhealthy habits and behaviors. Our ultimate desire is that the 21-Day Challenge is merely the beginning of your long-term health journey; the healthy habits, mindsets, and skills adopted during this time will last you for the rest of your life.
