We also share valuable tips on how to prepare tasty meals, such as using herbs and spices to increase flavor rather than using more salt. We offer workshops on how to improve mental health, understand and also prevent some known underlying effects of social media on mental health. For those who wish, a spiritual dimension to total health is offered with prayer-focused workshops.
